How to reset the configuration to system default in debug mode in the H series?

I am unable to log in to the device via the serial console, and pressing the reset button is not working. How can I reset the configuration to system default in debug mode in the H series?

Answer

1. Press any key to enter debug mode when the device is rebooting.
2. Type atkz -b.
3. Type atgo to continue.
4. Press Ctrl + D to continue the boot-up process.

Once the actions above are completed, the device configuration file will be reset to the system default.
