Hello, I am helping out my friend who here who is using a Zyxel NAS326 and he told me he had successfully stored his information a year ago. However, when he tried to access the information he had stored, it had disappeared somehow. I don't know how to personally use one. Could you please help me out

The data is saved on the disk/volume but not on the NAS itself. If you only have the NAS without the disk, the data will not be restored. How do you check the data on the NAS?
