Captive Portal NWA 1123 AC Pro

Hi I already own two NWA 210 AX Accesspoint an use them as Public wifi. I use the Captive Portal and enhanced open function. I recently bought two NWA 1123 AC Pro access points and wanted to add them to the guest wifi. Unfortunately, the network does not appear in the Nebula Cloud after activation. Even if I replace the enhanced open function with the normal open encryption, the accesspoint does not publish anything. Why is that?

Have you checked if the NWA 1123 AC Pro is online and if the configuration is up to date? If yes, could you help to enable Zyxel support for us to check?
