To verify if a purchased license for your Zyxel AP was correctly assigned, you can check the License tab in the Nebula Control Center. This tab will display all licenses, including expired and unused ones.

If a license was purchased for an AP but does not appear to be assigned, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Nebula Control Center account.
  2. Navigate to the license management section.
  3. Verify if the license is listed and assigned to the correct AP.
  4. If needed, reassign the license.
