SecuRepoter doesent work
Hello,
i have the UTM licence for my usg flex 200, also i have in nebula activate the securepoter under configuration, but in securepoter it get no data, i see also that i only see the serial number and the mac-adress, but no WAN andress.
i get the error code "Device is not connectet"
can anyone help?

Could you enable Zyxel support for us to check? Please reference the FAQ below to enable.
And where did the error code "Device is not connectet" occur? Was it on Nebula? Or on SecuRepoter?
