Firmware Server down?

Hello all,

I try to setup three USGflex200HP in three different locations since yesterday. Are the servers down? Another problem? Anyone here who can provide the latest firmware file?

Regarding your issue with updating the firmware through the cloud, it could be due to several reasons, such as internet connection issues or DNS query failures. To further investigate your problem, we need your help to manually upgrade your firmware to the latest version and then try the firmware upgrade via the cloud server again.

Please upgrade your firmware manually by clicking "Upload File" on the interface. To upgrade your USG FLEX 200H firewall to the latest firmware, you need to first upgrade to firmware version uOS 1.08 Patch 1, and then upgrade to uOS 1.20. You can find the detailed procedure for the firmware upgrade here:
