USG FLEX200 HP Update problems

Hello

I am trying to put a new USG FLEX 200 HP into operation. It is currently running with firmware V1.10(ABXE.0)

Unfortunately I cannot connect to the update services. I get the error:
Device Registration Status:
Not Registered
Request failed with status code 500

The device is registered in Nebula.

I also see that there is a new firmware 1.20(ABXF.2)C0

But when I log into myzyxel, I don't see the model (USG FLEX 200HP) and the firmware.

Where can I download the new firmware? And can that fix my problem with error code 500.

    Hi @Flux,

    MyZyxel currently does not provide the firmware file for the USG FLEX H series.

    Could you help to check the internet connectivity of your USG FLEX 200HP and change the DNS server to "8.8.8.8"?

    Thank you for the answer.

    I have adjusted the DNS server (8.8.8.8).
    The status is still:
    Device Registration Status:
    Not Registered
    Request failed with status code 500

    I can not update the firewall and cannot see the licenses on the device.

    I have exactly the same issue here with three devices… One of the devices is already running on V1.20(ABXE.2), but cannot register

    Hi @Holger_AZ,

    Have you set the Global Zone Forwarder with 8.8.8.8 and/or 1.1.1.1?

    Hello,

    I am facing the exact same issue with a USG Flex 100 HP. It worked before, but now it won't connect. I set up the Global Zone Forwarder, but that didn't help. Is there an issue with the H-Series and Nebula?

    I also have the problem that our 2 FWA710 won't connect with Nebula.

    sure, I did, but it still does not work. The problems began Friday night. Until Thursday everything was fine.

    It works now on all devices. What was the problem? 😀

    This issue was due to the certificate service issue and it is fixed now. Please help to clarify if you still have the error code.
