Unable to register my device

I am trying to register my new Zyxel FWA510 router under the device registration option on the site

https://portal.myzyxel.com/my/devices/link

I am seeing following error.

portal.myzyxel.com says

Cannot find device.

    Welcome to the forum.

    I don't know if the Zyxel registration was affected yesterday by the Microsoft/Crowdstrike issue or not.

    • The issue happened globally yesterday.

    You might want to try again to see if it works today or tomorrow.

    Hello, Thanks for your replies.

    I am not able to register the device on the following portal.

    https: // portal.myzyxel.com /my/ devices /link

    However, I could register the device on

    https: // nebula.zyxel.com

    I am not sure now whether that device really intended to be registered on the first portal.

    Also, It has been 10 days since I received this device from Amazon and it has started making a hissing sound. I believe it is a fan which keeps running. This is fairly noticeable or audible during nighttime. A restart is all it needs. After the restart the device is dead silent but after running for a few hours, the sound is back. I am thinking of returning this and getting another one.
