Unable to update firmware on WSM20

I have logged into myzyxel cloud account and I can't update the firmware to V1.00(ABZF.6)C0. An error occurs and every time I try to update the firmware it fails.

We have confirmed there is an issue when upgrading the firmware from 1.00P4 to the latest firmware 1.00P6 via the remote session.
