Why is the purchase license option disabled on my account despite having the full organization role?

According to the specifications, accounts with organization-full roles do not have the right to purchase licenses. Only the owner and organization-full accounts with Delegate Owner authority can buy licenses. Your account may not have the necessary permissions.
Here are two solutions:
- Ask the current owner to transfer ownership rights to you.
- Ask the current owner to assign your account as an organization-full account with Delegate Owner authority.
