My Org is in Plus status now, how can I activate the Pro Pack license?

To activate your Nebula Pro Pack, follow these steps:
- Provide the MAC and Serial Number (SN) of your device to the Zyxel Support Team.
- Share the name of your Organization (Org) and enable support access for Zyxel engineers. You can learn how to enable support access here.
- Zyxel Support will review your Org and notify you if a downgrade to the Org Base is required before upgrading to Pro. Provide your agreement to proceed with this action.
- Once you agree, Zyxel will downgrade your Org Base and then upgrade it to Pro. They will notify you once the process is complete.
