My Org is in Plus status now, how can I activate the Pro Pack license?

To activate your Nebula Pro Pack, follow these steps:

  1. Provide the MAC and Serial Number (SN) of your device to the Zyxel Support Team.
  2. Share the name of your Organization (Org) and enable support access for Zyxel engineers. You can learn how to enable support access here.
  3. Zyxel Support will review your Org and notify you if a downgrade to the Org Base is required before upgrading to Pro. Provide your agreement to proceed with this action.
  4. Once you agree, Zyxel will downgrade your Org Base and then upgrade it to Pro. They will notify you once the process is complete.
