    Hi @Watchdog1

Currently, our Nebula Control Center does not limit the number of devices you can monitor per account. You should be able to monitor and manage all 35 of your access points on a single Nebula site.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?

    1. Which app are you using to monitor your devices? Is it our Nebula mobile app?
    2. What issue are you encountering that led you to this concern? Could you share a screenshot and a brief description with us?

    Thank you!

Currently using the Free version of Nebula which allows only 9 devices per account

Our monitoring needs are minimal as we only monitor connectivity.

If network is lost it prompts service call

    Hi @Watchdog1

Regardless of whether you are using the Base (free), 💎Plus, or 💎Pro version of Nebula, there is currently no limitation on the number of devices you can monitor per organization. You should be able to manage all 35 of your devices within a single Nebula site.

Please try registering all your devices on the site. If you encounter any issues during the registration process, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!

    Hi @Watchdog1

To reconfirm the behavior with our Nebula mobile app, I recently registered about 10 devices to my Nebula site using my Android device (Android 14) with Nebula app version 18.11. The process worked as expected, and I successfully registered all devices without any issues. There doesn't appear to be any limitation on the number of devices that can be managed.

Could you please provide us with more details so we can further investigate?

    1. Please share your mobile phone's OS version and your Nebula app version (we recommend updating to the latest version).
    2. The screenshot provided is a bit unclear. Could you please record a video or screen recording of the device registration process?

    3. Kindly enable Zyxel Support on Nebula Control Center and provide us with your Nebula organization and site name so we can review it.
