Nebula > Clients (AP) > Status column all shows "Offline"
All of the devices connected to my APs show as "Offline" in the "Clients" view but when I go to Device > Access Points, open a specific AP and look at "Current Stations" in the "Live tools" section I can see all the active devices.
This is the same across all my sites and all my organisations.
This is only the case when I log in from a PC via a browser. The app on my mobile shows the correct status in Clients

I have checked my site doesn't have this issue, could you help to enable Zyxel support access for me to check?

Hi Melen,
The issue cleared when I accessed my account via my mobile app: when I looked on web view all were showing at "online".
