LTE7480-M804 branded (ISP firmware) cannot get the latest updates.

Hello!

I am experiencing trouble with the LTE7480-M804 model, which has ISP firmware. The problem is that the internet drops every 4-5 days, and the only solution is to reboot the device. Unfortunately, I am not always around to perform the reboot.

The current ISP firmware version is 1.00(ABQZ.5)C0, which is three revisions older than the OEM firmware. However, I cannot update to the OEM firmware or obtain a newer version of the ISP firmware because the firmware naming conventions are different, resulting in an "illegal" error. Additionally, the ISP no longer supports this product.

How can I resolve this issue?

    Which ISP did you purchase this device? If this is ISP FW, you might need to ask the ISP for further assistance.

    Telia, I guess it is ISP FW - because it has different fw number compare to OEM
