Nebula access point administration
Until last week I had 13 fully functional WAX510D. On friday last week five AP:s stopped showing SSID and clients could not connect. In Nebula they show up as fully functional and I can communicate with them. The AP:s on the other hand shows a blue led indicator which would mean that they are NOT in contact with Nebula. What is happening and what is your recommendations.

Hi @HITP ,
A blue LED on the WAX510D indicates that it is in full power mode with no WiFi clients currently connected. It does not mean the WAX510D is disconnected from Nebula. For more details on LED behavior, please refer to page 43 of the User Guide.
If your APs have stopped broadcasting the SSID, please follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
If you've followed the above recommendation and the issue persists, please enable Zyxel support.
Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
