Access Point WAX610D cannot update

When we try to update our access point (WAX610D) we get the following error:
"Failed to download the firmware : URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL"

This is happening to all 7 of our access point.
We have tried the following article to fix this issue, but this did not work for us.

Does someone perhaps know what is going wrong and what steps we could take to fix this issue?

    Hi @WesselvdGeest ,

    It appears that your DNS server is having difficulty resolving the Nebula Firmware Server address. To resolve this issue, please follow the instructions below based on your WAX610D's IP configuration:

    • If your WAX610D is using DHCP:
      . Access your gateway's DHCP configuration.
      . Change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google's public DNS).


    • If your WAX610D is using a Static IP:
      . Go to Device > Access Points.
      . Select your WAX610D.
      . Change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8.

    If you've followed the above recommendation and the issue persists, please enable Zyxel support.

    Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
