How do I collect the packet file via a USB drive on the USG Flex H models?

Answer :

For instance, if the user wants to collect the packet file from the ge1 interface via a USB drive on the USG Flex 500H, they can refer to the steps below:

Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Choose the profile, and edit it.

Select the ge1 interface and choose the Save data to USB drive option.

Start packet capturing.

3_start to collect the packet.png

Stop packet capturing.

4_stop to collect the packet.png

Navigate to Captured Packet Files in USB storage and download the .cap packet file.
