AP with no "Neighbor Info" on "Nebula Control Center"

Hello,

i'm new on Nebula Cloud. We have a site with 50 APs.

On Side-Wild → Topology page i can find the neighbor information on all APs.

On Side-Wild → Devices → Access Point page, for some APs (random APs that change randomly over time) the filed "Neighbor info" is empy.

Someone can tell me the reason or a workaround to see the "Neighbor info" for all APs?

After checking, this issue is related to the switch offline. We will fix this issue on 10/21.

By the way, is your APs connecting to a management switch or an un-management switch?

Thanks for the reply. All the switches are managed. Models XS1930-12HP, XGS2220-30HP, GS1920-8HP.

I've also opened a ticket following the guide you provide.

i confirm that after the Nebula upate the issiue is resolved. Now i can see the neighbour on every AP in Devices—>Access Point section.
