NAS542 Transmission freezing

So the problem is that Transmission (and the whole NAS control page) completely freezes from time to time when I add a new torrent or try to change the default download location. It has worked earlier without problems and I've tried to reset the system to factory defaults but the problem still exists.

It doesn't take any input, and I can't click anything. It's like the page is loading or waiting for a response from the NAS, which never comes. The only solution is to reopen the browser and restart transmission from the app center.

However, I noticed that after significantly increasing the "cache-size-mb" value in the settings.json file from 4 to 256 or 320 it doesn't freeze that frequently or that badly anymore (takes a lot more RAM but is still overall manageable) when adding a new torrent.

Haven't tested it yet in case of setting a new default download location tho, but I was thinking that if I change it in the settings.json file instead of in the web GUI it could work.
