Nebula does not recognize assigned licenses - what can I do?
Nebula doesn't recognize licenses. Although the licenses (plus package) are shown as assigned and activated across the organization (e.g. 340 days + licenses still in the queue), we cannot use the corresponding activated options, e.g. VPN Orchestra. Here it is always displayed that we have to purchase the licenses.
I can't access the support because the usg20w-vpn serial numbers are supposedly not Zyxel devices, although I can find them under myzyxel. What can I do, as there are apparently fundamental administration problems at Zyxel?

The features you trying to use, like the VPN orchestrator, need Nebula Pro Pack. Could you enable "Zyxel Support Access" for me to check your device license status? I will help you check the device license and the organization level.
