Hi,

I deletd a few SSIDs - they were open access and I did not need them anymore. They are gone from the dashboard BUT they are still accessible by everyone via phone etc.. In addition I created a new SSID - this one does show up at the dashborad BUT does not show up at all as a Wifi. This is now going since weeks and I havent found a soloution. Thxs for helping!

    Hi Nicole,

We have identified the root cause of why you're still seeing deleted SSIDs: The device time was not synchronizing correctly due to DNS issues. Please change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8.

The method is that simply click on each AP in the management interface and update their DNS settings to 8.8.8.8. This should resolve the issue of persistent deleted SSIDs.

    Hi @Patsy ,

Based on your description, it seems the new SSID configuration wasn't applied to the AP. This could be due to the AP being offline or an issue preventing the Nebula Control Center from pushing the configuration to the AP.

To better assist you, please enable Zyxel support.

Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site, the SSID name that is not being broadcasted here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
