Nebula says all devices are "Online", but the ISP is down
The system was in "Cloud Saving Mode" when the ISP went down, so we can't see exactly when it happened, but even 15 minutes after turning this mode off, the Nebula Dashboard still reports all ZyXel devices as "Online", even though they're clearly not. What is the cause of this behavior, and how can we make the Dashboard reflect the actual condition of the hardware in the future?

We wanted to check if your Nebula Dashboard is functioning normally now. We believe the loading issues you experienced with certain pages may have been related to the Nebula Cloud Service Incident that occurred on October 25, 2024
