NWA130BE V7.00(ACIL.3) - A lot of micro disconnections

Hello everyone,

looking into details for a new Wifi 7 AP I noticed a lot of short (about 2 mins) disconnections:

Before the last firmware update I did not see those multiple micro disconnections, I updated it on 2024-10-21 11:11:00 and after that timestamp you can see the problem.

Is there any known issues?

We have received any unstable Nebula connection issue related to latest firmeware. This could be due to the network enviroment. Could you enable Zyxel support so I can check it?

Hi @GiuseppeR,

After checking the AP's event log, it seems like this issue occurred before the firmware upgrade. The disconnect might be due to uplink unstable. Since the AP is stable online these days, please feel free to let me know once this issue occurs again.
