NR7302 5G Router - regular eth connection loss (failed to read /etc/ethers)

NR7302 5G Router with its latest firmware (1.00(ACHA.3)D0) has an issue.

In my case it provides 5G internet (600/200 Mbit/s) via gigabit ethernet connection to a Xiaomi WiFi router's WAN port. WiFi Router is a rock stable, it's easily capable to work years in a row without any reboot.

5G signal is also excellent.

The issue with NR7302 is that regularly - usually once or twice a day - the next Error message appears in its logs:

Time Facility Level Category Messages
Oct 25 16:49:01 daemon err dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: failed to read /etc/ethers: No such file or directory

And after that, some debug messages:

Time Facility Level Category Messages
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: sendLeaseMessageToESMD esmd ret=1
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: sendLeaseMessageToESMD send to esmd buf = {"ac":"add","expire":"127147","mac":"xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx","ip":"xx.xx.xx.xx","host":"xxxxxxxx","vendor":"udhcp 1.25.1","moui":"","serial":"","pclass":"*","cid":"01:1e:1e:1e:1e:1e:1e","ifname":"bridge0"}
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply client id,clid=1 1e 1e 1e 1e 1e
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply:350 NO client id, iface_name = bridge0, int_index = 30
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply client id,clid=1 1e 1e 1e 1e 1e
Oct 25 16:49:14 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply:350 NO client id, iface_name = bridge0, int_index = 30
Oct 25 16:49:11 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply client id,clid=1 1e 1e 1e 1e 1e
Oct 25 16:49:11 daemon debug dhcpd dnsmasq-dhcp: dhcp_reply:350 NO client id, iface_name = bridge0, int_index = 30

As a result, a couple of minutes before and after this message, gigabit ethernet link between NR7302 and WAN port of WiFi Router is broken. Which obviously leaves all all the WiFI Router clients without Internet connection for about 3-4 minutes. After this period of time NR7302 re-establish ethernet link automatically. This makes 5G service using the NR7302 an unreliable option.

I tried to change the router model, eth link speeds, cables, scheduled reboot every 24 hours daily, but nothing has helped.

Region - Slovenia (EU), operator - A1.

Please provide a solution for this issue.
