Current method to get ATP100 into Nebula

Can someone explain to me the best method to get an ATP100 into Nebula? We have a spare that I would like to use at another location. ZTP does not seem to be working, and I have seen the suggestion to roll back the firmware, but that fails as well. I have tried adding it manually in nebula, but the option to choose nebula native mode is greyed out, and my only choice is ZTP, but it says it is no longer supported.

    Hi @bwoolley

It sounds like your ATP100 may not meet the requirements for adding to Nebula in Native mode. ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning) was removed in firmware version V5.37 patch 1, so that option isn’t available either.

To check if your ATP100 can be added to Nebula in Native mode, please review its serial number. Devices with serial numbers starting with S23xxxxxxxxxx or S24xxxxxxxxxx are eligible for Native mode registration. You can find the serial number by logging into the device’s web interface and navigating to the System Information page.

If your device doesn’t qualify for Native mode, you may find the following article helpful for alternative registration guidance:

Hope this helps, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
