Unknown offline users on my router

Hi
I noticed 2 offline users connected to my router - I'm using the NR2301.
I have since then changed the SSID and passwords.
Can anyone tell though if these are meant to be there (i.e. is this normal)?
Doing a MAC address lookup doesn't give me much other the USBHost seems to be connected Intel and the SD-202210919GBSI might have something to do with an SD card.
Any light you could on this would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
