Claim a device
Hello,
previous IT manager has gone with no contact possibility.
How to remove a registred device on his account to get it on my account ?
I have SN/MAC etc…
I urgently need licence to get this stuff fully fonctionnal. Thank you

Since the USG FLEX 100 firewall is in your possession, we recommend re-registering the device yourself. Please log in to the device's web GUI, navigate to CONFIGURATION > Licensing > Registration, and re-register your device through the myZyxel platform.

To assist with transferring the device to your account, could you please confirm the device model and its current management mode (standalone or Nebula cloud mode)?
If the device is in Nebula cloud mode, you can override the ownership by scanning the QR code using the Nebula mobile app. This will allow you to register the device directly on your account.
If you'd like us to help with unregistering the device from the previous account, please send us the following information via private message to verify ownership:
- Device model
- Serial number (S/N)
- MAC address
- Previously registered account email (if available)
- Any verification documents, like the purchase invoice or a photo of the device

- Previously registered account email (if available) : don't have - sorry
- Any verification documents, like the purchase invoice or a photo of the device : Don't have invoice anymore. Please see it enclosed where is it pluged.
