Multy M1 losing internet connection on random devices

I had my 3 M1s running for months without problems until they got updated to V1.00(ABZF7)C0. Then I started having problems like being connected to wifi without internet or slowdowns and more. So I searched this forum and found out that I should downgrade to Multy M1 - new firmware V1.00(ABZF6)C0 , which I did. It worked fine for almost a month and now I face the same problems and I have to reset the main M1 every 3-4 days just to have stable connection. Is there anything else to try?

    Hi @GalanoKos,

Could you share the information of the Wi-Fi clients who have the disconnect issue? Like device model, Nic card, Nic card driver version, … etc.

We notice the problem with our phones mainly Google Pixel 6 and Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and a tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. And rarely with a Samsung smart TV and a Wiz smart lamp.

And when the device is affected with the problem it's connected to the WiFi but without internet and the other devices work fine. The weird behavior is that the device itself shows it has no internet connection and instead of switching to another wifi which I have available it stays connected to the M1s causing me to lose notifications, calls etc.
