NAS326 doesn’t work with macOS 12.0.1 Sequoia Why?

I have a NAS326 with 2 * 16 TB (Seagate IronWolf) for TimeMachine backups .of my network (2 iMacs, 1 MacBook, all under Monterey and 1 MacStudio under Sequoia).

The “older" Macs have their backups (although it takes extremely long), but the Mac Studio is backupped to about 11% in two days  and then gives an error message ”backup not succeeded" (in Dutch).

What can be the problem? Or: is there a workaround?

Anyone has an idea? Thanks!
