HELP - Netconf connection is disconnected. Wifi connection is slow or disconnecting
Hi,
Can anyone please help to have a look at the issue with one of our wifi APs.
There is all sorts of stations connecting and disconnecting as well as being disconnecting, blocked or deauthenticated by key handshake fail. We are also getting 'Netconf connection is disconnected' and connecting again on the logs.
Sometimes the AP goes off/on for a couple of minutes by itself, which has happened several times.
I've tried following guidance on wifi radio/ wlan/ roaming settings and it seems not to have helped and there is some other issue.
We have 2 SSIDs, one of which is guest.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Bootstrap ,
Based on your description, we suspect there may be an issue with your AP's uplink connection. Please troubleshoot by check and change:
- The AP's uplink port
- Different Ethernet cable
If you've followed the above recommendation and the issue persists, please enable Zyxel support.
