Receive NAK from DHCP server NR7101 to my router

I have NR7101 with ip-passthrought, 2 apns first the default and second VLAN interface.
So my router take the 2 ips from NR7101 but the problem is my dhcp client drop the connection from release/renew and receive NAK from DHCP. There is 1,5 sec period time for this check so drop my connections when change the ips.
Why this happen? Is there any solution about it from NR7101?

Hi,
Can I understand how you notice this drop connection issue? you use the PING tool or capture the wireshark packets?
