Q1: Why is the Remove button grayed out when selecting users in Site-wide > Cloud Authentication?
Description:
- In the Authorized field, it displays "ALL Sites."
- The Authorization button (to the left of the "Remove" button) is also grayed out.
This occurs because the user account was created under Organization-wide > Organization-wide manage > Cloud authentication and granted "All Site" permissions.
A:
To remove a Cloud Authentication user that was added at the organization level, you must navigate back to Organization-wide > Organization-wide Manage > Cloud Authentication.
