Select the users in Site wide > cloud authenication, the Remove button is grayed out

Q1: Why is the Remove button grayed out when selecting users in Site-wide > Cloud Authentication?

Description:

  1. In the Authorized field, it displays "ALL Sites."
  2. The Authorization button (to the left of the "Remove" button) is also grayed out.

This occurs because the user account was created under Organization-wide > Organization-wide manage > Cloud authentication and granted "All Site" permissions.

A:
To remove a Cloud Authentication user that was added at the organization level, you must navigate back to Organization-wide > Organization-wide Manage > Cloud Authentication.
