Hello,

I just tried setting up my new router. I have the latest firmware. I did everything in the setupguide. It detects the Sim and i can enter the Pin. The Simcard is working on another lte stick but I can't set up a cellular connection.

    Hi @Endo

Could you try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Reboot the Nebula FWA505 and reinsert the SIM card to ensure proper detection.
    2. Check if your SIM card or network plan has any limitations that might affect connectivity.

    To assist further, please:

    • Back up your configuration file.
    • Take a screenshot of the full Cellular Info page showing signal levels (Homepage > Cellular Info > click ">" to expand and capture the entire page).
    • Send us this information via private message.

If your Nebula FWA505 is registered in Nebula cloud mode and online on the Nebula Control Center, please enable Zyxel Support Access for us and share your Organization/Site name.

    Hi @Endo,

Based on the cellular information you shared via private message, it appears your device is experiencing a weak signal, likely due to being at the edge of the cellular network's coverage. We recommend placing your device near a window and facing it toward the direction of the cellular base station for improved connectivity.

To ensure your mobile router is receiving a strong cellular signal, please check parameters such as Signal Strength, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, Access Technology, and Cell IDs. For detailed guidance on optimizing your signal, you can refer to this post:
