Why can't my WAX620D-6E configure 5GHz + 6GHz radio option on Nebula?

The Nebula BandFlex models (NWA220AX-6E, WAX620D-6E) can only be configured with two radio options: 2.4GHz + 5GHz or 2.4GHz + 6GHz.
The BandFlex radio can only choose one between 5GHz and 6GHz.
