Error when installing Multy X
Hi!
I am having issue when installing Multy X mesh system.
What basically is the issue is that you cant go through with the installation.
The router obtains IP address from DHCP you can create the SSID and password but the device cant be registered and does not show in the app.
I have tried performing the installation with both Android(app version, 2.6.3 downloaded from Zyxel community) based devices and an IPhone(downloaded from AppStore). The outcome was the same.
The devices run V2.20(ABKJ.4)C0 updated using USB(that was the latest available to download).
I am kindly asking for this to be resolved ASAP.

Hi all, @Zyxel_Melen, @goefra_001, @p_e_g_o
The solution to this problem is to manually update firmware to latest version.
In my case the firmware update was performed by @Zyxel_Jerry (thank you so much) using Telnet.
You will most likely be forced to get in touch with Zyxel support and set up a meeting in order to receive the update.
Now it would have been easier to document the Telnet updating process and reveal the login info so that users capable of doing this would not bother Zyxel support.1

Hi @dukisha016
Could you uninstall the app and download it from the Google Play Store to try again?

In addition, Multy installation will connect the Bluetooth for the process. Please do not connect the Bluetooth to other devices when installation.

@Zyxel_Melen I think there is a problem with the zyxel cloud. There are so many problem reports in the discussion-center here. Did you find a solution for the problem? First error reports were reported at the beinning of december - wyh are you still struggling to find the solution????
This is really frustrating. Maybe we all here complaining about the problem should think about to switch to a different brand

Is there a way to post this workaround? Otherwise my Multys are bricked.
