Restructure organization and locations.

At the moment we have one organization Rosenboom and several locations with our locations and customers.
We would like to change that. An organization ROSENBOOM with our locations and another organization CUSTOMERS with the customers.
The permissions should also be changed. UserA should have rights to both organizations. UserB only on CUSTOMERS.
Is it possible to move existing locations? Thank you

Hi @RosenNey,

To move some of the sites from your current organization to a new organization, you can use MSP Cross-Org site clone with device movement.

In addition:

1. MSP functions need an MSP license. One Nebula account can have a month's MSP trial license to test MSP functions.

2. Please disable any VPN service before processing. Enabling any VPN function will cause some firewall configurations to not be moved to the new organization, like interface, VPN, …etc.

For the organization privilege, you can let your customers' accounts have organization read-only privileges and set different site privileges.

For A account will be organization read-only, all site full privilege. For B account will be organization read-only, some sites have full privileges.

Yes. The MSP license is account-based. Once your account has been activated the MSP license/MSP trial license, you can use the MSP functions on this account.
