NAS542 error while moving files

Hi,

I have a NAS542 with 4 HDDs with 1 Volume on each and mutiple shared folders on each volume.

When I'm trying to move files between shared folders (on different volumes if it matters) after a while I get an error message saying:

When I'm copying files onto the NAS from my PC (connected via lan) everything is okay. I only face the error message when tyring to copy files between shared folders within the nas:

• selected a whole subfolder (around 3.4 TB) to move and I got the error message
• it had over a hundred folder isnide so I tried selecting the first 25 folders and after a while I got the error message
• tried selecting the last 25 folders also got the error message

However never seem to get the error message when moving only a few folder at a time (still testing this theory).

How can I find out what exactly causes the problem?

Firmware Version: V5.21(ABAG.2)
HDDs are healthy according to the NAS.
