Device already registered message
Hey Zyxel Team,
I have sold my old Zyxel nr5101 5G mobile router but the new user is unable to add it to his nebula account. I have deleted the device from my previous organization and even deleted the whole organization but still faces an issue.
He also tried to follow this guide https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/18861/nebula-what-should-i-do-if-device-is-already-registered-by-another-user
Do you still see it assigned to my account? I can provide the serial number if required.

The article you shared just suitable to use if the Nebula QR code is missing from the back of your device or its box.
However, if the Nebula QR code is still present on your NR5101, please have your buyer follow Part 1 of the article: "Adding devices by Nebula Mobile APP" to add the device to their account.0
