Device already registered message

Hey Zyxel Team,

I have sold my old Zyxel nr5101 5G mobile router but the new user is unable to add it to his nebula account. I have deleted the device from my previous organization and even deleted the whole organization but still faces an issue.

He also tried to follow this guide https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/18861/nebula-what-should-i-do-if-device-is-already-registered-by-another-user

Do you still see it assigned to my account? I can provide the serial number if required.
