Slow upload on NR7102

Download speed is OK (200 - 280 Mbps), but upload is typically 8-9 Mbps. As a reference, I compare with a 4G router (ZTE mf286d) at the same location, giving 100 / 50 Mbps down / up.
Anyone with a similar experience? Thankful for any hints.
Will reflashing the module be to any help? Firmware version is RG502QEUAAR12A03M4G, but cannot find anything about upgrading this.
