my main hub has internet connection but when I try to add my second Multy X it does not connect

Could you describe more details about your issue?
Do you mean the Internet connection loss when you connect second Multy X to the hub or?

Following a storm my whole internet connection was lost for a day. My primary Multy X (in my study) has connection to the Internet but my second Multy X (in my lounge) does not connect. The light on top is red. I have tried to reboot many times but the second Multy will not link to my primary.

Thanks for the description.
- May I know if the connection between the first and the second Multy X is wired or wireless?
- Did the second Multy X connect to the first one before?
- If it is wireless, please make the second Multy X near to the first one or use weird connection.

- It's wireless
- Yes, it worked fine before my internet connection was lost for a day
- Yes I tried the wireless connection between my two Multy Xs just a few metres apart in the same room. the second router would not connect (red light). I have not checked the connection with a cable between the two.
