Multi m1 5g WiFi no internet connection

Please help to clarify:

1. Can you ping 8.8.8.8 when the issue happened?
2. Can you resolve DNS, like google.com, when the issue happened?
3. Do you have many Multy M1 and this issue only happens when you connect to satellites?

Thanks for the answer. It's exactly as you described, alredy sent. But I sent feedback many times and nothing happen.

Do you have any idea? Support not responded. I have 4 devices and cannot use 5g network at all.
