Hi - is the NR7101 now end of life?

I'm using the FWA710, which uses the X-Square 5G module (MediaTek T700 chipset) but it doesn't seem to be as good as the Quectel RG502Q-EA (which the NR7101 has and with the SDX55 chipset).

No where seems to have it in stock and haven't for the last few months. I'd like to return the FWA710 and try the NR7101 instead if possible.
