About NR5103E update

I bought this device a couple of years ago as new but with an opened box on a site that didn't provide a mobile network. The current version of firmware is V1.00(ACDJ.0)b6_D0. I see in the Online Upgrade section that version V1.00(ACDJ.0)b8_D0 is available. After clicking on the button Do Firmware Upgrade Now, it logged me out from the panel, and the firmware wasn't updated. Why I can't upgrade the device? The main issue with this device is freezing if I use 5G networks. But I bought it for 5G networks and can't use them for 5G. Before, I used 4G only because 5G signal was very low and was thinking that it was the issue of why it was freezing. But now I bought an antenna on 180EUR and it doesn't help.
Looks I spent 600EUR for 4G which was working good before without these devices :( While device works on 5G my network is very fast, about 620Mbit/s. But I need to restart device every day 5 - 10 times or switch back to 4G.
How I can fix it?
