NR5103E change firmware

I bought NR5103E (Three Branded) from a third-party seller. It is unlocked for all SIMs. Can I get the non-Three Branded firmware to flash on this device?
For some reason, 5G SA and CA are not working for me. As I bought from a third-party seller, I can also not ask for help from Three ISP.
If possible can anyone provide me the Zyxel Branded firmware for NR5103E?
