NSA325 V2 Boot Loop

Hi everyone,
I have an NSA325 which has developed a boot loop. It boots for about 20 seconds and then resets itself. The reset button doesn't work and I've tried a rescue USB drive but without success.
There's data on the disks I'd like to copy off. I've put one of the drives in a USB caddy and tried to access it using Ubuntu. I can see the volume but I can only see a sysdisk.img and swap_ul6545p file. I can't see any of the actual files. I'm assuming this is because of the array.
Does anyone know how I might get access to my files please?
Thanks

Do you know how your volume(s) is arranged? (raid0, raid1, jbod)
