NAS326 system led blincking

I dont know why but my NAS is not working, I try to switch on but System LED is blinking. what can I do?

I have this same issue.

But, yes my NAS-326 booting well without HDDs.

With hdds system led blink for 24h and still blink, and blink. HDDs make hard work, something like sync procedure

In that case either (one of) the disk is broken, drawing too much current, or generating gibberish on the sata bus, or the power supply is worn out that it can't deliver enough juice to spin up the disks. Spinning up the disks is by far the biggest power sink in the NAS, and power supplies do wear out.
