    @Jenz

    I don't belive. according to my logs, /tmp was running out of space.
    maybe a broken signature crashed a service and did a dump to /tmp till it runs out of space….
    (do you remember a company called crowdstrike…)

    Lets wait till we get a statement from zyxel

    It seems as if the USG Flex 200 is stuck in a boot loop, now another reboot has taken place.

    Is there a workaround for such people without a serial console?

    I have 5 ATP500 blocked since early this morning (the sys light is constantly flashing).

    Other models (ATP200, etc.) are still running but I don't know until when... .

    A COMPLETE DISASTER!

    "The first mandatory thing you will need is a Console / RS232 cable to start with the recovery. The recovery needs to be done On-Site and is not doable by a Remote Session.

    It's impossible to recover the device by pushing the Reset button or flash the Firmware by FTP!"

    Wow… Thanks Zyxel, this is exactly the kind of problem you need just before the weekend.

    This means that I can throw the USG FLEX 200 in the garbage can, great and I have just bought a new annual license.

    We are experiencing the same as of midday yesterday (EST). Multiple devices affected. Looks like an issue with the App Patrol definitions. If you manage more devices go out and disable App Patrol definition updates until resolved as we can't be sure if Zyxel remove bad signature update yet. Zyxel US was not aware as of it end of day yesterday.

    From our experience devices will mostly function, but spontaneously reboot every few hours. Can't login via web, SSH reports "Not connected to ZySH daemon", the Serial Cable intervention might be the only option here, bad day :-(

    @Zyxel_CSO do you have any update on the resolution? We have a number of devices affected by this. We need the fix ASAP.
