HOTEL PMS with USG FLEX 700

we use USG FLEX 700 in our hotel with the tickets hotspot, how to connect it to our hotel PMS for automatic creation and printing of tickets based on the customer's name as user name, their room number as password and finally their duration hotel stay as the validity period of the ticket?

and how should I proceed to connect my PMS with the USG FLEX 700 API? knowing that our top-vision PMS from Topsys hotel management app, uses the FIAS IP protocol

I'm not sure if there's an API or other method could connect your PMS and the USG FLEX 700. Let me check this for you.

Hi @greg,

After checking with our engineer, the USG FLEX series doesn't have API to support this scenario. For a workaround, we suggest having an external Radius server for you to create/detele the WiFi client and its password. For this method, you will need to change the SSID authentication method from local to external Radius server.

Or, you can consider using our DPPSK feature(Pro pack feature), if your AP is Zyxel AP and it is a Nebula support model which supports DPPSK. The DPPSK feature supports API to create a DPPSK account and get the DPPSK key, but the password will be generated randomly.
