NR5103E firmware update needed please

Under 'System Info' my Firmware shows as V1.00(ACBJ.0)b15. I don’t have access to this anymore
Yesterday I set up IP passthrough and disabled DHCP. I wasn’t able to connect in order to rectify this, and pinhole factory reset leads to a green blinking power light, but no other icon.
As there is no connection even when connected by Ethernet to a laptop, I wonder if a hardware fault has occurred, though it is a coincidence that I was trying to set up the modem. That had failed which is why I thought disabling DHCP might help.
The router is out of warranty so any assistance would be appreciated.
One thing I recall on the webadmin is that the last Three Uk firmware was highlighted in red on the manual upload page b15. I refreshed the page and it showed the current firmware b15. I later factory reset using the webadmin page.
Is it possible that a usb flash of a recent Three UK firmware could get the router working again? B15 is the latest version, does anyone have it for NR5103E?
