Change Ownership of a ATP100W

Hi, i will change the ownership of a ATP100W including the working licenses. I will stop the service for the companie where the device is working. The companie has a nebula.-/zyxelaccount. The device is working on premise and not connected to nebula. I can not find the option in "myzyxel".

To transfer ownership of your firewall, please follow the instructions in the referenced article. When reaching step 4, make sure to log in with the new owner account.

Please note that the Zyxel firewall series includes the ATP100 model, not ATP100W.

I can't transfer my VPN50 to another account according to the instructions. In the new account, it gives the error that the device is already linked.

I wrote a personal message to Kai, but unfortunately he is not online.

Is there any other way to remove the device?
